Booking & cancellation

Classes are small on purpose. The reformer room seats ten. The mat room seats eleven. When you hold a spot, you're holding one of very few.

Reserving

  • Book through the app or the schedule on this site. How far ahead depends on how you're booking: Summit Pass 14 days, all other memberships 10 days, packs, drop-ins, and guest passes 7 days.
  • If a class is full, get on the waitlist. They move quickly — plans change, spots open, and we'll let you know the moment one does.
  • Unlimited tiers book one class a day — Reformer Unlimited, Mat Unlimited, and the Super Pass. The Summit Pass isn't capped that way.

Cancelling

  • More than 12 hours before class: cancel free, no fee, and the class credit returns in full.
  • Inside 12 hours, on an unlimited membership: $20 late-cancel fee. A no-show is $30. This covers Reformer Unlimited, Mat Unlimited, the Super Pass, and the Summit Pass.
  • Inside 12 hours, on Reformer 8, a pack, or a drop-in: the class credit is forfeited. A no-show forfeits it too. No fee either way.
  • Cancelling always costs you less than not showing, and it frees the spot for someone else. If you can't make it, tell us.
  • Moved off the waitlist inside the 12-hour window? You have 30 minutes from the notification to cancel free.

Arriving

  • Come 10 minutes early for your first class, 5 minutes after that.
  • Doors close at class start. Once a class is underway we can't bring you in — it isn't safe, and it interrupts everyone already working. Arriving after the start is treated as a no-show.

Memberships & billing

Every membership is month to month. There's no term contract, no initiation fee, and no cancellation fee.

Automatic renewal — what you're agreeing to

Your membership renews automatically every month on your billing date and continues until you cancel. Each renewal term is one month. We charge your tier's monthly rate to the payment method on file — no tax, no fees on top.

You can cancel at any time — in your account, by email, or at the front desk. There's no notice period and no cancellation fee. We email you a copy of these terms when you join, and a reminder before any renewal that would carry your membership past twelve continuous months.

Cancelling — one click, online

You can leave the same way you joined.

No notice period. No retention call. No fee. Three taps and it’s done.

  1. Sign in to your account — in the app, or through the web login.
  2. Open Membership.
  3. Press Cancel membership.

Your membership runs to the end of the month you’ve already paid for, then stops — you’re never billed again after that. We don’t prorate a partial month, and we don’t hold you to one either. If you’d rather do it by email or at the front desk, that works too.

Cancelling a membership

  • No notice period. Cancel whenever you want. Your membership runs to the end of the month you've already paid for, then stops — you're never billed again after that.
  • Cancel online in your account, by email, or in person. No phone-tag, no retention call, no fee.
  • We don't prorate a partial month, and we don't hold you to one either.

Freezing

  • Up to two months per calendar year, free, in one-month blocks. Request it at least 5 days before your billing date.
  • Billing pauses while you're frozen, and your rate — founding rate included — is held.
  • Longer medical freezes are considered case by case with a note from your provider.

Changing tiers

  • Move up or down any time. The change takes effect on your next billing date.
  • Memberships are non-transferable, and unused classes on capped tiers don't roll over month to month.
  • Annual prepay is available at a discount. Ask us — we'll quote it.

Guest passes

  • Summit Pass includes 2 guest passes a month. Super Pass includes 1. Other tiers don't include them.
  • Valid for Reformer, Mat, Strength, Yoga, and Meditation. Not valid for Sound Bowls or specialty events.
  • Issued monthly, expire at month end, and don't bank or roll over. Guests book 7 days out, subject to availability.

Founding memberships

  • Fifty founding spots, or opening day — whichever comes first. 25% off for as long as your membership stays continuously active. It isn't a first-year promotion.
  • You are not charged when you sign up. We put a card on file and take the first payment on the day we open. If we don't open, you're never charged.
  • Upgrading keeps your discount. Move to a higher tier and the 25% comes with you.
  • Downgrading forfeits it, and so does cancelling. Once the founding rate is gone it can't be regained — rejoin later and you rejoin at the current rate.
  • An approved freeze doesn't break continuity. Your rate is safe while you're away.
  • The Summit Pass is capped at 20 memberships and is never discounted, founding rate included.

Your right to cancel

Colorado law gives health club members specific rights. These apply on top of everything above, and nothing here limits them.

  • Three business days. You may cancel your membership agreement in writing within three business days of receiving your copy, for a full refund.
  • Refund timing. We refund within 15 days of receiving written notice, less a prorated amount for days you used.
  • Circumstances. You may also cancel if you become totally physically disabled and a physician certifies it, if we relocate more than five miles away, or if we permanently close.

These rights come from C.R.S. § 6-1-704 and § 6-1-732.

Packs, drop-ins & privates

  • Packs expire from the date of purchase: 3-pack in 30 days, 5-pack in 60 days, 10-pack in 120 days. Non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Packs and drop-ins book 7 days ahead, and follow the same 12-hour cancellation rule as memberships.
  • Intro offers are for new clients, once per person: Intro to Reformer, a one-on-one session covering safe setup and use of the machine, and a 3-class, 14-day intro that includes reformer.
  • Private and semi-private sessions: the same 12-hour window. Inside it, the session is charged in full — your instructor has held the room for you.
  • In-home privates: reformer sessions require your own equipment; for mat sessions we bring what's needed. Email us for availability and rates.

In the studio

  • Grip socks are required in the reformer room. We sell them at the front desk if you forget.
  • Wipe down your reformer, mat, and props before you leave.
  • Phones on silent. No filming in class without asking the people around you.
  • Cubbies are a convenience, not a safe. Leave valuables at home.
  • Water bottles yes, glass no. Café drinks stay in the café.
  • We can refuse entry or end a membership for unsafe, disruptive, or abusive behaviour.

Health & safety

  • Everyone signs the Participant Agreement before a first class. It covers assumption of risk, hands-on adjustment, and photography.
  • Tell us about injuries, surgeries, and conditions — at intake, and again whenever something changes.
  • Pregnancy: let us know right away and complete the Prenatal Addendum. Heated classes aren't available during pregnancy.
  • Altitude: we're at roughly 6,600 feet. Drink more than you think you need, especially in your first week here, and step out of a heated room the moment you feel off.
  • Our instructors are excellent teachers. They are not physicians, physical therapists, or dietitians, and nothing here is medical advice.
  • Ages 16 and up for group classes. Under 18 needs a parent or guardian to complete the Minor Participant Agreement.

Photography

  • We photograph and film in the studio for marketing. You can opt out any time — check the box on your agreement, tell the front desk, or tell your instructor before class.
  • Never in restrooms or changing areas, under any circumstances.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we’ll text you. Consent isn’t a condition of any purchase, and you can stop at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.

What we send

  • Booking confirmations, class reminders, waitlist notifications, schedule changes, billing notices, account alerts, and — only if you’ve agreed to them — promotions and studio news.
  • Message frequency varies with how often you book.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Those are billed by your mobile carrier, not by us. Check your plan if you’re unsure.
  • Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping them

  • Reply STOP to any message. You’ll get one confirmation, and nothing after that.
  • Reply START to rejoin, or opt in again the way you did the first time.
  • Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@thesummitclub.studio.
  • Booking, billing, and safety messages always come through. Marketing is the part you can switch off.

If something here doesn't fit your situation, ask us. Most of it is more flexible in person than it reads on a policy page.
